The renders of this project highlight the transformation of two adjacent spaces into a modern and functional studio apartment. The structural arch, now a connecting element between the living area and the mezzanine, has been precisely modeled to emphasize the new spatial continuity.

Natural lighting was carefully simulated to enhance the materials, such as the Marazzi Luz Verde tiles used in the bathroom and kitchen, while textures and architectural details, like the staircase and railing, were faithfully reproduced to convey realism.

These visualizations effectively communicate the project, providing essential support for its presentation and approval, accompanying the construction phase currently underway.
